The HR & Office Administrator plays a key role in supporting the company’s people operations and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and collaborative workplace.

This role combines junior-level HR support (recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and engagement) with office management duties (administration, logistics, and workspace coordination) in a dynamic tech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment.
  • Prepare and maintain employee files, contracts, and HR databases.
  • Track attendance, leave, and performance documentation.
  • Help organize employee engagement programs, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company HR policies and labor laws.
  • Support payroll preparation and benefits administration
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations: supplies, equipment, utilities, and workspace organization.
  • Manage office assets, maintenance, and vendor/service provider relationships. 

Must Have

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with ERP/HRIS tools
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Experience in Odoo
  • Additional languages
  • Google Adwords experience
  • Strong analytical skills
