The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

Oversee accounting and financial reporting processes

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in accordance with Ethiopian law.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management

Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and risks

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred)

Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles (of which 3 years in similar position)

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel (Knowledge in ERP system is a plus)
