Call Center Support Representative

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Call Center Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions, resolve inquiries efficiently, and deliver a high-quality service experience. The position operates on a shift-based schedule, requiring flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
  • Follow company procedures, scripts, and compliance guidelines

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree, Diploma or equivalent
  • Functional Laptop
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity
  • Customer-oriented mindset and professionalism
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends

Work Schedule

  • Rotational shifts (morning, evening, night)
